Telko has sold its Machinery business operations in the Baltic countries and has seamlessly transitioned all machinery-related activities to a new entity UAB "R&D Machinery" as of 1st of September, 2023. Telko will focus on serving customers with industry leading plastic raw materials, chemicals and lubricants.
With this transition, R&D Machinery UAB will operate under an agency agreement with Engel and other companies assuming responsibilities for machinery and spare parts sales, installation, training, servicing, and warranty services. Notably, all former staff members of Telko Machinery have transferred to UAB "R&D Machinery".
